Our Group Exercise Philosophy
We believe in providing individualized exercise instruction, even in group exercise settings. It is very important to make sure that every participant is learning the correct form for each exercise and that everyone is getting the most of each class. In order to provide this level of instruction, we keep our classes small! Please call to sign up for one or more of our specialized group exercise classes!
