Sue Johnson
NPTI - Certified Personal Trainer
NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Worcester State University - M.Ed. - Health Sciences
Sue Johnson's introduction to personal training came a few years ago when she became a client who was looking to lose weight and get back in shape. At that time, she was teaching 8th grade science and working part time as an x-ray technologist. After losing over 60 pounds in 9 months, Sue chose to continue to work with her trainer - which helped her to become the healthiest she had ever been! This was such a life-changing experience that Sue decided to become a personal trainer herself in order to help others reach their own fitness goals. Her training philosophy is to design a program for each of her clients that supports, encourages, and challenges them as they work toward reaching their optimum fitness levels. She provides a fun, safe environment in which clients can realize their maximum potential. Sue maintains her own well-being by working with her trainer, attending Boot Camp, teaching fitness classes, being an active member of her church and its music programs, and spending time with friends and family.
